My life has primarily been occupied with a profession, family and avocations unrelated to art. Over the years, I have dabbled in art, but now, as a retiree, I am having fun creatively experimenting with paint. I am particularly drawn to the transcendent surprises in nature, beauty, play, pain, and within life’s questions. These are the growing edges of my art which I hope to develop. Though not formally trained, I’ve participated in a number of workshops. I have exhibited at the Hopkins Center for the Arts, and am a member of Northstar Water Color Society and the Minnesota Water Color Society.
