Lois Ireland
Lois is in her 80's and has been painting since she was a teenager. Lois was part of the Wisconsin Rural Art Program initiated in the 1940's under John Stewart Curry. Lois also studied at the Art Students League in New York. Lois's main focus is rural art and the reproductions in the gallery are mostly the oil paintings Lois produced as a Midwest regionalist artist from the 1940's and 1950's.
